Acts Retirement-Life Communities Announces Appointments to Leadership Team

Paul Reinbold, MD, CMD

FORT WASHINGTON, PA–Acts Retirement-Life Communities, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit senior living organizations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Reinbold, MD.,CMD., as Vice President and Chief Medical Director.

Dr. Reinbold has served as Medical Director at several senior living properties since 1995. He most recently served as the Corporate Medical Director and Clinical Operations Advisor to the CEO at Integrace, prior to its affiliation with Acts Retirement-Life Communities. He has continued to serve as the Medical Director of Bayleigh Chase in Easton, MD. He previously served as Chief of the Medical Staff for the University of Maryland-Shore Medical Center Easton.

Dr. Reinbold is certified as a Medical Director by the Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Delaware, a Medical Degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Lehigh Valley Hospital.

Deirdre Groenen, SVP & Human Resources Officer

In addition, Deirdre Groenen has been appointed to the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. Groenen is an experienced employment attorney and counselor, and a seasoned human resource professional. Since being admitted to the bar in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, she has worked as employment counsel for a wide variety of clients and served as Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel within the private sector. Groenen is an Adjunct Professor at Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ, focusing on the legal aspects of human resource management and the legal environment of business.
