Atrium Health & Senior Living Announces A New Post Acute Care Center And Senior Living Community In Livingston, NJ

LITTLE FALLS, NJ–Atrium Health & Senior Living, a provider of premier healthcare for residents and patients at every stage of senior life, announced today that it has acquired the land and has commenced construction of a new post acute care center and senior living community in Livingston, NJ on the campus of RWJ Barnabas Health's Saint Barnabas Medical Center.
Atrium Post Acute Care of Livingston and Atrium Senior Living of Livingston will offer post acute care and rehabilitation, long term care, senior living and memory care. The Atrium Livingston campus will boast a number of premium features, such as best-in-class rehabilitation equipment, including a HydroWorx 1200 Aquatic Therapy Pool™, and Accelerated Care Plus® programs and technologies. Atrium's superior quality of resident and patient care will be further enhanced by the close proximity of RWJ Barnabas Health, one of the east coast's most prestigious healthcare systems.

With the addition of Atrium Post Acute Care of Livingston and Atrium Senior Living of Livingston, Atrium will operate 46 post acute care centers and senior living communities with over 3,800 licensed beds in Michigan, New Jersey and Wisconsin.

The construction has been financed by Investors Bank and Provident Bank. The new center and community will ensure that residents and patients in the Livingston and nearby Essex, Morris and Union Counties area receive Atrium quality compassion and care in a brand new, state-of-the-art location.
