September 20, 2018

NASHVILLE, TNBridge Connector, which delivers streamlined integration solutions for healthcare organizations, announced today a strategic partnership with PointClickCare Technologies, the leading cloud-based software vendor for the long-term and post-acute care (LTPAC) industry. Together, the companies expect to accelerate seamless integration in the healthcare-technology industry, solving the critical problem of transferring patient data across disparate systems.

“It is our mission to continue providing and optimizing the most effective, full-spectrum solutions for more than 16,000 senior-care facilities we support,” said B.J. Boyle, vice president of product management at PointClickCare. “Besides improving care coordination between acute and post-acute care facilities, partnering with Bridge Connector will help drive better outcomes by maintaining full visibility to the patient journey, even after these patients have left the facility.”

Bridge Connector will play a large part in PointClickCare’s new developer program by offering software developers a streamlined, integrated process to build on the PointClickCare platform and leverage third-party integrated solutions. With over two million admissions processed in 2017, PointClickCare focuses on the evolving post-acute market and continues to foster partnerships that offer various integrated solutions needed by care-delivery and business-management teams.

Bridge Connector and PointClickCare are both Salesforce Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partners, and are using this partnership to focus on accelerating customer-relationship management (CRM) integrations for PointClickCare customers.

“We will leverage our partnerships with the industry’s largest CRM and marketing platforms, including Salesforce, enabling faster integrations for PointClickCare facilities to connect disparate systems,” said Andy Harlen, chief revenue officer at Bridge Connector, which recently completed their $5.5 million Series A round, bringing the company’s total investment to $10 million in funding.

Additionally, PointClickCare customers will be able to select from numerous Bridge Connector-powered, turnkey, integration options, soon offered on PointClickCare’s new Developer App Marketplace. As an app marketplace launch partner, Bridge Connector will have several integration options available.
