Castle Group Welcomes Jayson Salter as Director of Food and Beverage

PLANTATION, FLProperty management company Castle Group has announced the hiring of Jayson Salter as Director of Food and Beverage.

In his new role, Salter will be leading the team responsible for overseeing Castle Group’s Food and Beverage operations across the communities they manage. Many of the communities that Castle manages have some form of Food and Beverage operations in the form of full-scale restaurants, cafes, poolside service, and/or alcohol service.

Responsibilities within this position include working with Regional Directors and Property Managers to develop budgets, optimizing food and beverage operations, enhancing product offerings, formulating training practices, leveraging relationships with vendors, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Salter will also assist Castle in implementing cutting edge technology as it relates to reporting, tracking, inventory management, and scheduling.

Prior to joining the Castle Team, Salter served as a Regional Operating Partner for over 6 years at Panera Bread. Jayson also served as Regional Director at O’Charley’s restaurants and as Director of Operations/Training for over 50 units at Buffalos Franchise Concepts. During this time, Jayson was recognized for “Innovative Training Techniques” by Nation’s Restaurant News. His extensive experience and expertise in the Food and Beverage industry will prove to be very highly valued as it relates to his duties within his new role at Castle Group.
