Civitas Senior Living Announces Development Plans for Willow Park

The company plans to own, operate, and manage, Clear Fork Senior Living, a Senior Lifestyle Apartment community offering Assisted Living Apartments along with a Memory Care Cottage in Willow Park.
WILLOW PARK, Civitas Senior Living LLC will begin construction for Clear Fork Senior living, a Senior Lifestyle Apartment Community, which offers Assisted Living Apartments along with a Memory Care Cottage. Construction started in July of 2015. This development will be the thirteenth property in the company’s expanding portfolio.
The project is a joint venture between Civitas and Sandlin Capital, LLC/2MR Capital, LLC. Funding for the project has been obtained through Justin Hitchcock, Vice President/Lending Officer at Community National Bank and Trust of Texas in Weatherford, TX.
Donica Construction and Development will be the developer for Clear Fork Assisted Living and Memory Care. Donica, under the guidance and ownership of Mark Donica, has extensive experience in senior living construction across Texas. The building plans include 38 Assisted Living Studio Suites and One-Bedroom Units, and 24 Private and Semi-Private Memory Care Units.
Clear Fork Senior Living amenities will include a gym, spa, wellness center, walking trails, club house, and elegantly landscaped grounds. Clear Fork Senior Living will be owned and managed by Civitas under the leadership of Wayne and Misti Powell. Together, this management team has more than 20 years of experience operating senior living communities in Texas. Because Clear Fork Senior Living will be privately owned, management can focus on meeting the needs of the residents of their community rather than the demands of shareholders.
