Construction Underway on Silver Glen Senior Living

SOUTH ELGIN, IL–Silver Glen Senior Living is now under construction in South Elgin. Located on 10 acres at Silver Glen and Randall Roads, the new community opens up luxurious living options to seniors in South Elgin and St. Charles.

Slated to open in mid-2020, Silver Glen Senior Living will offer a range of living options among its 179 residences, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and a unique Transitional Memory Care program that gives seniors their independence while supporting issues related to mild cognitive impairment. Spectrum Retirement Communities developed the community and will own and operate it when open. Silver Glen is Spectrum’s eighth community in the Chicago area.

Silver Glen is the first senior living community to be built by Spectrum in South Elgin and will be the area’s newest community – a fact state-of-the-art amenities.
