Nationally Acclaimed Memory Care Expert Hollie Kemp Joins Watercrest Senior Living Group as Vice President Dementia Services and Programming

VERO BEACH, FL–Watercrest Senior Living Group celebrates the growth of their executive leadership team welcoming award-winning memory care program developer, Hollie Kemp, as vice president of dementia services and programming. Nationally recognized for her work in Alzheimer’s and dementia care programming, Kemp will lead cutting-edge memory care training and programming for the multiple brands of senior living communities developed, owned and operated by Watercrest Senior Living Group.

Kemp is widely recognized as the winner of Argentum’s 2017 Best of the Best award for the creation of ‘an innovative (memory care) program which works to improve the future of senior living.’ As vice president of dementia services and programming for Watercrest, Kemp seeks to lead, innovate, and impact by inspiring and connecting with associates and residents. She passionately believes in seeing what is possible, in helping others do the same, and in brightening lives one moment at a time.

Kemp has nearly twenty years of healthcare experience, having served in operations and corporate memory care leadership roles, skilled nursing, adult day and memory care positions, and in the non-profit sector as director of programs and services for the Alzheimer’s Association. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human biology, graduate studies in social work and numerous certifications in Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
