Our success is not as much about properties as it is about people,” said Bonaventure CEO Dwight Duncan III. “Solvere places their focus on the resident and associate experience, and keeps this at the forefront of every choice and decision they make. The driving force of each of our conversations has been about how to create an extraordinary experience for our residents. This shared value cemented our partnership, and we are thrilled that Aspire is the first of many future projects with Solvere.”

In addition to a variety of entertainment, education and wellness events and programs, Aspire will also provide Solvere Senior Living’s proprietary wellness philosophy Salus™. Latin for well-being, Salus is a holistic approach that focuses on each resident’s potential to achieve his or her personal goals through engagement and connections.

“Our Salus program is designed for more successful and healthier aging and helps people sustain their physical, intellectual and social abilities into their ‘90s and beyond,” Ward said.

Some of the many services include concierge, around the clock security, emergency response system in each apartment, weekly housekeeping, maintenance, scheduled transportation, snow and trash removal, cable and all utilities except telephone.
