New Senior Living Community Names Two New Directors To Senior Leadership Team

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Capstone at Station Camp, an Integral Senior Living (ISL) community, has named Nancy Halleck as its executive director and Steve Dycus as its Director of Sales and Marketing.

Halleck brings more than 30 years of experience to her position. Over the years, she has held several positions including director of Activities, Director of Sales and Marketing, executive director, and regional director of Operations. In December, she relocated to Tennessee from California with her daughter, who is a nurse, and a granddaughter who is a nursing student in Ohio.

A longtime resident of Middle Tennessee, Dycus brings over 40 years of experience in upper management, communications, and marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University in public health administration and a Masters of Arts degree in Christian education administration from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Before joining The Capstone at Station Camp team, Dycus served as the director of Marketing and Public Relations at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, Tenn., and most recently served as the director of Marketing and Community Relations at a senior living community in Brentwood, Tenn.
