“Our Salus and Valeo programs are designed for successful aging by touching every aspect of residents’ lives and keeping them feeling engaged, honored and fulfilled,” said Kristin Kutac Ward, President and CEO of Solutions Advisors Group. “Salus, Latin for well-being, is a holistic approach that focuses on each resident’s potential to achieve his or her personal goals through engagement and connection. Valeo, Latin for to thrive, focuses specifically on wellness initiatives for those with memory impairments and incorporates components that examine residents’ social, intellectual, spiritual and physical well-being.”

Tessera of Westchase will host its Grand Opening Celebration from 4:30 to 7 p.m., Ribbon Cutting at 5:30, on Thursday, May 16. The public is invited. The event will feature live music, hors d’oeuvres and sample tastings from the culinary staff, along with tours of the model apartments and community spaces. Numerous local officials and community leaders will be on hand. The community is located at 11330 Countryway Boulevard Tampa. Complimentary valet parking is available.

“Tessera is the Latin word for an individual tile and when joined with others create a beautiful mosaic of a community rich in color, warmth and energy,” Ward said. “Like the mosaic that inspires our logo, Tessera of Westchase celebrates the individual strengths of each person who lives at the community. The modern amenities and services create and inspire a vibrant and engaging environment, along with comfort and care for residents and their families. We are committed to honoring each individual’s legacy, embracing their wellness and respecting personal goals.”
