Oakmont of Simi Valley Information Center Open

WINDSOR. CA–Oakmont Senior Living continues to grow, with one of the senior living company’s newest communities set to open this summer. Oakmont of Simi Valley will be led by senior living veteran Margie Veis as its executive director.

Seniors, their families and friends are welcome to visit the marketing information center located at 3110 Royal Avenue Simi Valley, CA, daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and learn more about the 81,523-square-foot community that sits on just over three acres and will have 81 apartment homes; including 48 assisted living and 33 memory care apartments.

Veis comes to Oakmont of Simi Valley from Oakmont of Valencia that opened in summer 2019. Before that, Veis was executive director at Oakmont of Santa Clarita. She has more than 30 years of experience in the senior living industry.

“It is so exciting and rewarding to be able to lead another new Oakmont Senior Living community, and I am so looking forward to meeting residents and welcoming them to a wonderful, new home in the coming months,” said Veis. “Being part of the local community also is important, and we will be working on partnerships with local organizations and schools just like we have in other markets.”
