Oakmont Senior Living Announces New Retirement Community in Santa Rosa

SANTA ROSA, CA–Oakmont Senior Living has announced that it will open a luxury retirement community in Santa Rosa—Villa Capri—in late spring 2019. Retirees and their families can learn more about the resort-style amenities at the new community information center at 1397 Fountaingrove Parkway, open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The project will feature 58,551 square feet and be located on over four scenic acres with sweeping views of the serene Fountaingrove neighborhood. Villa Capri will offer 37 assisted living and 23 memory care apartment homes. Floor plans include studio, one and two-bedroom options ranging from 400 to 1,113 square feet, all with 10-foot ceilings and spacious bathrooms.
