Phoenix Senior Living Adds The Phoenix at Hammond to the Louisianna Senior Living Market

ROSWELL, GA–Phoenix Senior Living announces the addition of a senior care community to their growing portfolio. Phoenix Senior Living will self-develop The Phoenix at Hammond in Hammond, Louisiana. First Guaranty Bank is the lending partner for this project. Groundbreaking is scheduled for January 2020.

Phoenix Senior Living (PSL), founded in 2014, is a privately-held senior living operator with over 26 communities throughout the Southeast. The Phoenix at Hammond will be PSL’s second operating community in Louisiana and is a 91-unit stand-alone assisted living and memory care facility.

The Phoenix at Hammond will offer residents a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities signature of the PSL brand including landscaped outdoor spaces with a playground, soft seating, fireplace, Bocce court and a walking path. Indoor amenities will include a bistro, a garden room, a library, a salon, and a piano/music room. Residents will also enjoy a puzzle area, a variety of dining room options, and an arts and crafts room.
