PruittHealth To Assume Management Of Carolina Gardens Properties In South Carolina

NORCROSS, GA–PruittHealth, the largest provider of post-acute care services in the southeastern US, announces that it began the transition to assuming the management of 9 assisted living centers in South Carolina, called Carolina Gardens, effective March 1st, 2017.

PruittHealth will be transitioning to managing the properties from their previous management company. PruittHealth’s experience as a successful owner and operator of assisted living facilities, skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, home health and hospice services and pharmacy services since 1969 made it a logical choice for the property owner as they searched for a management company for the properties.

The 9 Carolina Gardens assisted living centers are located in the following communities:
• Conway, SC
• Murrells Inlet, SC
• Irmo, SC
• Columbia, SC
• Laurens, SC
• Lexington, SC
• Rock Hill, SC
• West Columbia, SC
• York, SC
