June 13, 2018

BILOXI, MS–Blake Management Group (BMG) and the management team from Quality Senior Living (QSL) in partnership with LongueVue Capital proudly introduce “The Blake at Biloxi,” a premier senior living community in Biloxi.

The Blake at Biloxi will be located at Southeast corner of the intersection of Popp’s Ferry Road and Cedar Lake Road in Biloxi convenient to shopping & medical services.  The community will feature 118 apartments for Assisted Living & Memory Care.

“We saw an opportunity to meet Harrison County’s need for a new hospitality and wellness centered continuing care retirement community, providing residents the ability to age in place knowing the care will be there when they need it. We take care of the details, so our residents can enjoy the finer things in life,” said Glenn Barclay, Quality Senior Living principal and co-founder of Blake Management Group.

Assisted Living residences include one or two bedroom apartments with options including a balcony or porch overlooking the courtyard. Memory Care options include studio and deluxe studio residences with walk-in closets. Pricing will be based on service needs and apartment selection; however, the high-end community will be affordable and competitive with other options in the area.

Along with luxury accommodations, The Blake at Biloxi will provide elegant dining, concierge service, 24-hour nurse staffing, and an active social program. Other amenities include a piano bar and lounge, a coffee & ice cream shop, salon & spa, on-site therapy services, a chapel, a theater room, activity rooms, landscaped courtyards with an outdoor fire pavilion, fountains and raised gardens, library, fitness center, transportation, and on-site parking

When fully occupied, The Blake anticipates creating 80-100 full and part-time jobs and will become an integral part of the community. Arrive Architecture Group, a Dallas-based award winning firm with specialization in senior housing, is providing architectural design. EBM Group (Mobile, AL) together with Clark Construction (McComb, MS) will serve as general contractor
