Senior Living Community Names Leadership Ahead of Opening

April 23, 2018

CYPRESS, TX–Spring Cypress Assisted Living and Memory Care, a senior community set to open later this year, has announced members of its leadership team: Calvin Brown, executive director; Dianne Davis, resident care director; and Tracey Harmeier, director of sales and marketing.

Brown has served seniors in various roles for 27 years, 14 as an executive director in senior living communities. Before joining the Spring Cypress team, he filled the executive director position for Village on the Park at Steeplechase and The Terrace at Memorial City.

“My desire is to demonstrate respect to those I serve and to provide the quality of care they deserve,” Brown said.

Davis previously worked with senior citizens as the executive director for The Cottage of Spring Branch assisted living and memory care center and as the assisted living director for Sagora Senior Living. While in these positions, Davis supervised facility operations from training and scheduling staff to monitoring facility compliance with Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services regulations. She is a graduate of Joe G. Davis School of Vocational Nursing at Huntsville Memorial Hospital.

“Our elders deserve our respect and should always be treated with dignity. If I can make a positive change daily in the life of a senior, I have made a difference,” Davis said.

Before joining the Spring Cypress team, Harmeier spent a number of years in different leadership roles at Touchstone Neuro-recovery Center. While at Touchstone, she established relationships with key decision-makers to generate patient referral opportunities, oversaw daily operations of residential assisted living facilities and managed the center’s budget.

“I’m passionate about working with seniors as their stories bring history to life. I care for them as though they are extended family,” Harmeier said.
