Senior Living Facility Evacuated After Fire

PENNSAUKEN, NJ—Residents of an assisted living facility here had to be evacuated after a fire broke out Wednesday morning, according to NJ.com.

According to philly.com, the fire at Bently Senior Living was placed under control just after 7:50 a.m. Some residents had to be transported to Cooper University Hospital while others were treated at the scene for smoke inhalation, the report adds.

The Bently Senior Living facility is located along Route 130. According to its website, Bently specializes in assisted living and Alzheimer’s care.
