Solvere Living Contracted to Operate Six More Communities

ST. PETERSBURG, FL–Through new operating agreements and development, Solvere Living continues its expansion. The operations division of St. Petersburg-based Solutions Advisors Group (SAG), Solvere has recently been contracted to operate six senior living communities; an under-construction community in Tampa, FL, an existing community in Baltimore, MD, and four existing communities in Texas.
Tampa’s Tessera of Westchase is a $27.5 million resort-style community that will offer 64 assisted living apartments and 38 apartments for residents with memory-related impairments, along with modern amenities, services, programs and activities. The sales center is open on-site at 11330 Countryway Boulevard, with inquiries welcome and deposits being taken. The community is slated to open in early 2019. Tampa-based Lindell Investments, Inc. is the developer.
Established in 1997 by Carl Lindell Jr., the firm has invested in and developed commercial and residential real estate for more than 35 years and recently has focused on the housing, rental, senior housing and townhomes markets. The architectural firm for Westchase is St. Petersburg-based Bessolo Design Group, Inc., which provides architectural, engineering, and interior design services to a wide range of markets in 17 states.
Tudor Heights in Baltimore is rich in Jewish traditions and provides 62 apartments for assisted living and memory care. The community hosts numerous arts, literature and cultural functions and also has regular spiritual services for all faiths, along with a wide range of programs, services and amenities.
The four communities in Texas include Heartis Amarillo, Heartis Cleburne, Heartis Cypress and Heartis Eagle Mountain. Caddis®, a national healthcare real estate firm based in Dallas, is the developer and owner of the Heartis senior living brand. The communities offer independent living, assisted living and memory care, along with a variety of first-rate programs, services and amenities helping seniors live life to the fullest.
