Swenson Healthcare Expands Post-Acute Care Services, Adds 5 Life Care Facilities

TACOMA, WA–Swenson Healthcare PLLC has announced an expansion of its post-acute care practice to five additional facilities in the Puget Sound communities. Life Care Centers of America has partnered with Swenson Healthcare in five skilled nursing facilities in Port Orchard, Port Townsend, Gig Harbor, Federal Way and Skagit Valley.
