WILSONVILLE, OR–Dale Fruehauf, MS, SPHR, joined the Avamere Family of Companies as the Vice President of Human Resources starting April 15, 2019.

Fruehauf brings over 25 years of experience in the HR field and over 20 years of providing senior HR leadership in a variety of industries. Before starting his career in HR, Fruehauf had seven years of experience in health care as a certified nursing assistant working with dementia residents.

As Vice President of HR, Fruehauf will bring HR and business together, as the Avamere Family of Companies breaks down the silos that previously divided them, joining together in an integrated network of care.

Fruehauf will take a lead role in implementing and aligning Avamere’s People Priority in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in areas of engagement, talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee and labor relations, and training and development.

“I look forward to hearing from our leaders and employees on what motivates them to come to work and how we can further support them in doing their best work every day,” said Fruehauf.

Fruehauf has a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology and is a certified Senior Human Resource Professional, awarded by the HR Certification Institute.
