The Residence at Chadds Ford Held Dedication and Groundbreaking

NORWOOD, MA–On Wednesday, December 12, LCB Senior Living, LLC held a dedication and groundbreaking celebration for The Residence at Chadds Ford, its new luxury Independent, Personal Care, and Memory Care community for area seniors located at 1778 Wilmington Pike, Glen Mills, PA.

The project will create more than 70 full and part-time jobs as one of the largest employers in the area, have a $1.8m annual payroll, inject $1.3m in annual area goods & services spending, and create more than 50 construction jobs.

The Residence at Chadds Ford will include 84 Independent, Personal Care and Memory Care apartments for seniors, and a host of amenities for residents.
