The Residence at Penniman Hill Celebrates Dedication & Groundbreaking

HINGHAM, MA–LCB Senior Living, LLC recently held a dedication and groundbreaking celebration for its new luxury Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care Living community for area seniors, The Residence at Penniman Hill.

Future residents of the community and their families attended along with members of the Hingham community, fire and police departments, partners and investors of the project, State Senator Patrick O’Connor, State Representative Jean Meschino and local officials.

LCB Senior Living’s CEO Michael Stoller shared remarks about the community, as well as about the legacy of Hingham and in particular Penniman Hill Farm, a well-known local farm stand from which the new senior living community derived its name.

Located at 276 Whiting Street, Hingham, MA, The Residence at Penniman Hill will bring the area a modern, luxury senior housing experience with 90 Independent, Personal Care and Memory Care apartments for seniors. The community will include a broad array of services and amenities, including gourmet Anytime Dining, library, theater, exercise room, beautiful living spaces and many other indoor and outdoor common areas.

The Residence at Penniman Hill will provide more than 80 full and part-time jobs as one of the largest employers in the area, with a $1.8 million annual payroll. It is expected to inject $1.3 million in annual area goods and services spending and create more than 50 construction jobs.

The leasing office is located at One Derby Street in Hingham, adjacent to Starbucks.
