Watercrest Senior Living Group Strengthens Sales Leadership Welcoming Laurie Venden as Sales Specialist

VERO BEACH, FL–Watercrest Senior Living Group is pleased to welcome Laurie Venden in a newly created role as sales specialist, supporting sales and marketing leadership for all senior living communities owned and operated by Watercrest Senior Living Group.

As sales specialist, Venden utilizes her expertise in sales growth, census management and marketing strategy to support the communities’ sales efforts, to assist with coaching and onboarding new community relations directors, and to prepare new community sales offices to ensure successful openings.

Venden most recently served a premier assisted living and memory care community where she maintained a nearly perfect 100% census for nearly eight years in a highly competitive market. She is widely acclaimed in the senior living industry, having received several awards for Sales Director of the Year, earning the role of mentor for multiple communities, and achieving identification as a Yardi specialist.
