SALMON Health and Retirement Appoints Dooley Chief Marketing Officer

MILFORD, MA — SALMON Health and Retirement has announced in a press release the appointment of Susan Dooley as Chief Marketing Officer. Dooley brings more than 20 years of marketing and communications experience in a variety of industries.
Dooley joins SALMON Health and Retirement from AlerisLife/Five Star Senior Living where she held the position of chief customer officer. Her previous experience also includes sr. vice president of global marketing for The Rockport Group, as well as leadership roles with Airstream and Stride Rite Corporation.

In her new role as CMO, Dooley oversees all marketing and acquisition strategies for SALMON Health and Retirement, including developing and implementing marketing plans, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering engagement with residents, families, and the broader community.

SALMON Health and Retirement was founded as a skilled-nursing center in 1952 by Dan and Helen Salmon; today, the third generation of the Salmon family runs the company, which offers active living, hospice care, and everything in between.
