LCB Senior Living Takes Over Management of Three Communities

NORWOOD, MA — LCB Senior Living has announced in separate press releases that its portfolio of managed communities has grown by three: The Residence at Natick South, The Residence at Charles Meadow, and Mercer Hill at Doylestown.
The Residence at Natick South opened in Natick, Massachusetts, in 2023 as Anthology of Natick roughly 20 miles southwest of the heart of Boston. The community contains 86 residential apartments and offers independent-living, assisted-living, and memory-care services.
The Residence at Charles Meadow opened in Millis, Massachusetts, in 2023 as Anthology of Millis roughly 30 miles southwest of Boston. The community contains 93 residential apartments and offers independent-living, assisted-living, and memory-care services.
Mercer Hill at Doylestown opened in 2021 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, about 35 miles north of Philadelphia. It contains 146 residential apartments and offers independent-living, personal-care, and memory-care services. It features two dining rooms, a bistro, pub, movie theater, general store, salon, post office, game room, and fitness center.

Norwood, Massachusetts-based LCB Senior Living, which was founded in 2011, owns and/or operates more than 40 senior living communities throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic, with additional properties in development. The company offers independent- and assisted-living services to approximately 3,000 seniors, along with its Reflections Memory Care program for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
