Legend Senior Living Assumes Management, Renames Four Florida Properties

WICHITA, KS — Legend Senior Living has announced in a press release that it is now managing four senior living residences in Florida, which increases the number of properties in the company’s portfolio to 15 in the Sunshine State. The assisted living and memory care residences in Tallahassee, Palm Harbor, Gainesville, and Jacksonville, were formerly managed by Harbor Chase; they have been renamed The Gables.

The four locations are The Gables of Jacksonville, The Gables of Gainesville,
The Gables of Palm Harbor, and The Gables of Tallahassee.

The addition grows the Legend footprint in Jacksonville to four, Gainesville to two, the Tampa Bay area to four, and it adds the company’s first Tallahassee location.
