Atlas Senior Living Acquires Three Orlando Communities

ORLANDO, FL — Atlas Senior Living and affiliate company Salta Capital have announced in a press release the acquisition of three senior-living communities in the Orlando, Florida, submarkets of Clermont, Ocoee, and Oviedo.

These communities, which offer assisted-living and memory-care services, have consistently maintained high occupancy rates, demonstrating their excellence in providing sought-after quality care and services to seniors. The acquisitions underscore Atlas Senior Living’s commitment to expanding its footprint and enhancing senior living solutions in Florida and the Southeastern U.S.

Atlas Senior Living and Salta Capital plan to renovate with $1.5 million across the three communities. These capital improvements aim to enhance the living standards and amenities, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care in a comfortable and modern environment.
