Atlas Senior Living Blazes Industry Trail with Construction of Multiple Upscale Retirement Communities in Texas, Florida and South Carolina

BIRMINGHAM–Atlas Senior Living is taking the industry by storm with its rapid growth of premiere senior living communities in several states. With its unique programs, passionate associates and a driven resident-centered mission, the new communities will provide a modern, refreshing look that is consistent with the company’s current portfolio.
In Georgetown, TX, and New Braunfels, TX, Atlas will start construction during the first quarter of 2020 with an expected opening date of Fall 2021. The communities will each have 231 units: 175 independent living, 40 assisted living and 16 memory care. In Venice, FL, there will be 167 units: 114 independent living, 38 assisted living and 15 memory care.
The new communities will each have an appearance and atmosphere that complements the local architecture and culture of each area. Atlas expects to hire over 100 people for each new community.
In addition, Atlas is adding on to one of their existing communities in Greenville, SC. The extension will include 110 independent living units to Fairview Park, a community that serves assisted living and memory care residents currently. Construction starts October 2019 and is expected to be completed by September 2020.
