CareOne Receives 2019 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight

Qualifying for the award, CareOne displayed a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services throughout the year.

Known as an exceptional provider of long-term care, post-acute rehabilitation, assisted living, Alzheimer’s and memory care, respite care, and LTACH services, CareOne is excited to receive this prestigious award.  CareOne facilities including CareOne at Jackson SNF, CareOne at Jackson ALF, CareOne at Millbury, Harmony Village at CareOne Paramus, Harmony Village at CareOne Stanwick Road, CareOne at King James, Sweetwood of Williamstown, River Glen Health Care Center, and Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Greater Pittsburgh are the recipients of the monumental Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2019 Customer Experience Award™.

For more than 20 years, CareOne thanks to the leadership of CEO Daniel E. Straus and EVP Elizabeth Straus, has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every patient and resident are met or exceeded. Over the course of 2018, a sampling of CareOne’s customers and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well as the opportunity to rate CareOne in specific categories.

Every month, CareOne gathered its real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of the patients and residents needs and make improvements when necessary.

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, CareOne has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average. Clients have the opportunity to achieve this Best in Class distinction on a monthly basis in many categories designed to accurately reflect each patient or resident’s experience.
