Commonwealth Senior Living Names Rivera Vice President of Operations

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA — Commonwealth Senior Living has announced in a press release that Joshua Rivera has joined the company as vice president of operations. Rivera has 17 years of senior-living industry experience; most recently he served as the regional director of operations at Senior Lifestyle Corporation.

“We are very excited to welcome Joshua to Commonwealth Senior Living,” said COO Michelle Hamilton. “Joshua has extensive operational experience having learned the intricacy of senior living from the front lines.”

Rivera began his career in senior living at Sunrise Senior Living as a concierge, later advancing to human resource manager and assisted living coordinator. He then moved onto Brookdale Senior living for 10 years, serving as a business office manager, executive director, and regional director of operations.
