Fischer Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Volante Senior Living

SOUTHLAKE, TX — Volante Senior Living has announced in a press release the appointment of Jeff Fischer as its new chief executive officer. He joins Volante with more than 28 years of experience in the senior-living industry.

In his new role, Fischer oversees all aspects of Volante Senior Living, a member of the Inspired Healthcare Capital family of companies. His extensive background includes leadership positions at some of the most respected names in senior living, including MBK Senior Living, Sunrise Senior Living, Emeritus Senior Living, LifeTrust America, and Integral Senior Living.

As president of MBK Senior Living, Fischer was instrumental in refining acquisition criteria, hiring key personnel, and executing a business plan aimed at acquiring senior-living assets worth $2 billion. At Steadfast Companies, as executive vice president – senior living group, he spearheaded efforts to grow the seniors’ platform, developing both acquisition and development criteria and overseeing the company’s expansion plans. Similarly, during his tenure at Sunrise Senior Living, Fischer managed operations across 260 communities in North America.

Fischer has actively participated in several committees and special interest groups, including grassroots efforts for industry advocacy. He has also served on the local ALFA boards of directors for Florida, South Carolina, and Georgia, and he currently serves on the board of directors for the American Senior Housing Association.
