iN2L Unveils Refreshed Branding as the Company Begins Third Decade of Bringing Person-Centered Engagement to Seniors

March 23, 2020

DENVER, COiN2L, the leading provider of person-centered digital engagement to the senior living market, has unveiled a refreshed brand for the company, which just celebrated its twentieth anniversary. The updated name and visual branding are accompanied by the launch of a completely redesigned website that signals a new period of growth for iN2L and a continued commitment to its customers.

Founded in 1999, iN2L pioneered the use of content-driven engagement to create meaningful experiences for older adults by connecting them to their interests and passions as well as the world around them. With more than 4,000 content options that support the core dimensions of wellness, iN2L makes it possible to customize elder engagement for every use case. iN2L empowers communities to deliver a resident experience that is person-centered while addressing residents’ social, cognitive, spiritual, physical, and emotional needs.

“As iN2L enters its third decade, we wanted to highlight the values this amazing company was founded on,” said Lisa Taylor, iN2L CEO. “At its heart, iN2L connects people by making every interaction more meaningful, empowers staff to optimize their work, enriches residents’ lives, and differentiates communities. This brand refresh marks a new era of enriching lives through meaningful connections and our expanding footprint in communities across North America. We’re honoring iN2L’s history while paving the way for continued innovation and the growth that’s yet to come.”

The new iN2L logo pares down the company’s legacy name of It’s Never 2 Late, bringing visual cues that emphasize the tagline “Spark. Engage. Shine.” to the forefront.

“iN2L was built on the idea that it’s never too late to live a life full of joy, purpose, and connection,” said Jack York, iN2L President and Co-Founder. “As we’ve innovated and evolved our product offerings, the way we’ve achieved those goals has also evolved—but our intent to bring joy to older adults has remained the same. Seeing this next phase of iN2L take shape has been humbling, and I am thrilled at how the new branding honors iN2L’s past as well as points to its future. I’m delighted to be on this journey. As we start our third decade, I can’t help but feel like we are just getting started—there are so many great things to come.”

iN2L is a critical part of the resident experience in more than 3,000 nursing homes, assisted and independent living communities, memory care settings and adult day programs across the U.S and Canada.
