Jaybird Senior Living Expands, Acquires Pair of Memory-Care Communities

BARTLETT, IL/ELMHURST, IL — Jaybird Senior Living, in partnership with CareTrust REIT, has announced in a press release the acquisition of two memory-care communities. The newly acquired and rebranded communities, The Indigo at Bartlett and The Indigo at Elmhurst, are located in these Illinois cities, each within 40 miles of Chicago.

The communities will launch a renewed approach to memory care, grounded in the Montessori principles of independence, dignity, and personalized care, tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
