Kent Circle Partners Sells Land In Omaha To Mainstreet For Skilled Nursing Care Facility

January 27, 2017

OMAHA, NE–Kent Circle Partners (managed by Seldin Real Estate, Inc. – Scott Seldin, President) of Scottsdale, AZ completes sale of Montclair West Lots, which sits at 13225 Westwood Lane (south of Center next to the Millard Library), in Omaha. The 5.39-acre parcel zoned CC sold for $2.374 million.

The buyer, Mainstreet of Carmel, IN is planning to build a skilled nursing care facility on the site. Mainstreet is recognized as the nation’s largest developer of transitional care properties.

Montclair West Lots was part of the original Westwood and Montclair master-planned communities developed in the 1960’s. Scott Seldin says, “My father Millard purchased the Montclair West land in 1961. It has been in our family’s portfolio for fifty-five years. While our business operations are now out of Scottsdale, we still have a part of our diverse real estate portfolio in Omaha where I grew up. We are confident Mainstreet will develop a fine facility to accommodate the current assisted living needs in the community.”

“From day one, the community of Omaha welcomed Mainstreet with open arms,” said Jen Lewis, Mainstreet’s development manager. “We’re excited to be developing our latest transitional care center in this location, and look forward to being part of this community for many years to come.”

Scott Koethe, CCIM, with Cushman & Wakefield | The Lund Company represented Mainstreet in the transaction.
