Landmark Connect Welcomes New Chief Clinical Officer

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA–Landmark Connect has hired Jerome Wilborn, MD, FCCP as chief clinical officer. With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Wilborn brings unparalleled expertise in post-acute care delivery to Landmark Connect.

He has served as medical director and chief of staff in more than 25 skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), hospitals, Medicare Advantage programs, and post-acute care organizations. He also led clinical governance as national medical director over the largest post-acute care practice in the U.S., with more than 800 providers in 33 cities and practicing in more than 2,000 nursing homes.
