Link Senior Development Announces Start of Construction on Yuma, AZ, Senior Living Community

SALEM, OR–Link Senior Development announces start of construction for Hacienda Crossing Senior Living in Yuma, AZ.

Construction will begin October 2019 and is anticipated to be completed late November 2020. The community will have a total of 79 apartments comprising 55 assisted-living apartments and 24 memory care beds.

Lenity Architecture of Salem, OR, is providing architectural design and oversight while Seabold Construction of Beaverton, OR, is serving as General Contractor.

Hacienda Crossing is Link Senior Development’s fifth Arizona property.  Link anticipates ground breaking on two additional Arizona properties in the next six months in Prescott Valley, AZ, and Buckeye, AZ.
