November 7, 2016

MADISON, AL–Local officials and business leaders to gather on Friday, November 4th, 2016 from 12 – 1pm at 10801 & 10803 County Line Rd in Madison, AL to celebrate the ground breaking of Shepherd Living at The Range, a new breed of senior community offering spa-living to 124 privileged residents.

Shepherd Living at The Range will focus on a personalized resident experience.  The host of amenities includes gourmet farm-to-table food, fine wine storage, a full-service salon, a greenhouse and numerous gardening opportunities, private kitchens, animal therapy, extensive walking trails and landscaping throughout the large grounds, and a tavern to enjoy college football.  The wellness lifestyle at Shepherd Living at The Range will also include daily classes, ranging from meditation and gentle yoga to aerobics and circuit training.

Shepherd’s commitment to personalized care and its focus on the needs and desires of its residents has drawn early support from local community leaders.  Pam Honeycutt, Executive Director of the Madison Chamber of Commerce, says, “We are so thrilled that Shepherd Living at The Range has chosen to join our community.  We are excited about the new opportunities it will provide for our senior community members and look forward to helping their business grow and thrive in Madison.”

The project is being developed by Shepherd Health and Cobalt Seniors, with local lender Redstone Federal Credit Union.  Neil Carville, Manager Business Loan Underwriting at Redstone says, “Redstone Federal Credit Union is pleased to work with Shepherd Senior Living.  It is an honor and a privilege to work with such professionals in the senior living field, and we are excited about what the Shepherd Living at The Range project will bring to the community.”
