Pegasus Senior Living Assumes Management of Eight Communities in Texas, New Mexico

GRAPEVINE, TX — Pegasus Senior Living has announced in a press release that, effective September 1, 2024, it will take over the management of eight communities in Texas and New Mexico that are currently being operated by LifeWell Senior Living under its “Legacy” brand name.

The eight communities collectively contain 652 residences and all of the locations offer both assisted living and memory care in purpose-built memory-care settings.

Founded in 2018 by industry veterans Steven Vick and Chris Hollister, Pegasus Senior Living is comprised of dedicated, lifelong senior living professionals who oversee 43 senior living communities.
