Point Communications Subsidiary The Point Group Acquires Leading Senior Living Communications Agency Forte Group

DALLAS, The Point Group, a subsidiary of Point Communications, Inc., today announced the acquisition of Dallas-based Forte Group, Inc., a leading public relations, brand, marketing and digital communications agency exclusively serving the senior living industry. The acquisition fortifies The Point Group’s position as the premier mid-sized full-service marketing communications firm in the Southwest.

As a result of the acquisition effective Aug. 1, the company will create a new affiliate, Forte Senior Living Group, a division of The Point Group. The deal augments The Point Group’s multi-generational consumer insights and expands Forte’s marketing communications resources and offerings.
