Senior Living Community Names Executive, Marketing Directors

MORGAN HILL, CA–Loma Clara, a senior living community set to open in early 2019, has named Tim Batton as its executive director and Renee Lukenbill as director of sales and marketing.

Batton brings over a decade of experience in senior community leadership. Most recently, he led Integral Senior Living communities in San Diego and Angels Camp, Calif. With over 30 years in operations management, Batton brings experience in community development, nonprofit and senior living management. Batton was also included in the inaugural membership in the Senior Living Certification Commission’s Certified Directors of Assisted Living program, which recognized 333 administrators nationwide.

Lukenbill holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento in interdisciplinary studies and business. She has spent the last decade in the senior living industry starting with Emeritus Senior Living, now named Brookdale Senior Living, as director of sales and marketing.

Lukenbill then joined Westmont of Morgan Hill in the same capacity to open its new community, where she achieved 100 percent occupancy in the first year. Lukenbill spent the last four and a half years as the director of sales and marketing for Merrill Gardens in Gilroy.
