Senior Living Community Names Pam Dill Executive Director

SEATTLE–Maple Leaf Assisted Living and Memory Care, an Integral Senior Living community that specializes in assisted living, memory care and respite care, has named Pam Dill as its executive director. Integral Senior Living also named Dill as its 2019 Executive Director of The Year.

“Pam’s extensive experience in senior living community management will allow Maple Leaf to improve upon its accommodating and caring environment,” said Carrie Delaney, divisional vice president of Sales and Marketing for Integral Senior Living. “Her leadership and passion are infectious and are sure to expand the level of quality care the community provides.”

Prior to joining the Maple Leaf team, Dill was executive director at multiple senior living communities, including Harbour Pointe, Welbrook South Bay and Whittier Place, at which she directed day-to-day functions and ensured high standards were met.

Dill is also certified by the Department of Social Services in various operational areas, including as a certified nurse’s assistant, a certified activity director and a certified administrator for residential care facilities for the elderly.
