Simpsonville Community Fairview Park Announces Construction of New Independent Living Apartments, Groundbreaking Ceremony

BIRMINGHAM, AL–Atlas Senior Living is starting the process of adding 110 independent living units to cater to more seniors in Greenville County and Simpsonville. The community will be called Legacy Reserve at Fairview Park, an enhancement to their existing Fairview Park facility with assisted living and memory care services.

A groundbreaking ceremony will be scheduled as soon as it is recommended by the state to safely host public events due to COVID-19.

Atlas closed on the construction loan April 8 with mobilization initiating April 9. The expected completion date is Summer 2021.

Fairview Park is a senior living community with assisted living and memory care services, and now will include independent living.

Birmingham-based Atlas Senior Living owns and/or operates 24 retirement communities in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, and Tennessee, offering independent living, assisted living and memory care services.
