Solinity Announces Regional Director of Operations

KNOXVILLE, TN–Solinity, a senior living developer, owner and operator, has named Terry Norman as its new regional director of operations.

Norman brings a variety of organizational leadership and development experience to the team. Prior to joining Solinity, he served as regional director of operations, building and leading teams in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully served on and led multiple successful teams, ranging from time as a SWAT operator in Metro Atlanta to the director of volunteer services for one of East Tennessee’s premier home health & hospice agencies. His experience developing and leading teams of older and younger adults uniquely qualify him for Solinity’s multi-generational and intergenerational model of care.

“We are thrilled to welcome Terry to the Solinity family,” said Josh Crisp, Solinity CEO. “I have known and respected Terry for years and am pleased to announce this addition. At Solinity, we love people and place priority on building a team for successful development of a new community, a renovation and rebrand, start up operations or culture change within a community. Culture change and success always begins with the team composition.”

Terry is a skilled communicator and has been passionate about serving seniors since his early years in the non-profit sector. When he is not traveling or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym where he enjoys spending down time staying physically fit. Terry resides in Cartersville, GA, with his wife, Tina, & their four sons.
