HOUSTON, TX — The Aspenwood Company has created a pivotal leadership position and announced in a press release the appointment of Amber McDaniel as vice president of resident experience. The addition of this position aligns with Aspenwood’s commitment to enhance the quality of life and overall satisfaction of its residents, and its recent growth, including the acquisition of six new communities in 2024.
McDaniel is an accomplished senior engagement specialist, bringing a wealth of experience and a dynamic approach to her new role. Her expertise in formulating innovative engagement initiatives is instrumental in stimulating resident activity and fostering team member innovation. She brings an extensive background in the health and wellness industry, coupled with her proficiency in health promotion, chronic condition management, training, and event planning.
She oversees the development and implementation of pioneering programs and services aimed at enriching the lives of residents. McDaniel’s primary focus will be on fostering an environment that promotes active, fulfilling lifestyles.
