The Christian Village at Mason Announces Groundbreaking of Sunrise Vista Independent Living Expansion

MASON, OH — The Christian Village at Mason, a life plan community, has announced in a press release the groundbreaking of Sunrise Vista, a senior-living development adjacent to CVM’s existing 75-acre community; Sunrise Vista is designed to meet the rising demand for independent-living homes for senior adults in Greater Cincinnati.

“We are excited to expand our community and be able to serve more residents,” said Vice President of Marketing and Business Strategy Lizz Stephens. “Sunrise Vista will provide modern, spacious homes tailored to the needs and lifestyles of today’s seniors.”

Sunrise Vista will feature 24 independent-living homes with modern finishes, each with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a two-car garage, a large clubhouse for social gatherings and dining, and direct connectivity to the main Christian Village at Mason campus.

CVM is partnering with the Robert Lucke Group to bring Sunrise Vista to life; the Robert Lucke Group has a history of building some of Greater Cincinnati’s finest custom homes and they have received numerous awards for their design and architectural excellence. Luminaut, a Cincinnati architectural firm specializing in senior living, is the architect for Sunrise Vista. Luminaut was recently ranked #33 among Building Design and Construction Media Giants 400 top senior living architecture firms of 2023.

The groundbreaking celebration for Sunrise Vista is set to place on July 3.
