The Residence at Summer Street in Stamford, CT, Celebrates Grand Opening

STAMFORD, CT–LCB Senior Living, LLC will hold a grand opening celebration Wednesday, Nov. 7, 4-8 p.m., for The Residence at Summer Street, its new luxury independent, assisted and memory care residence for seniors located at 14 2nd Street, Stamford.
The ceremony will celebrate this project, which will create more than 70 full and part-time jobs as one of the largest employers in the area, have a $1.8m annual payroll and inject $1.3 million in annual area goods & services spending. It has already created more than 50 construction jobs
The Residence at Summer Street will include 104 luxury independent, assisted and memory care apartments for seniors, and a host of amenities for residents.
Stamford’s State House delegation, City officials and friends of the project are expected to attend.
