August 8, 2024

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA — The Ridge at Westlake Village, in this suburb about an hour northwest of downtown Los Angeles, is under construction and expected to be completed this winter and an information center is open daily. Seniors and their families are invited to visit the information center to learn more about the community and its elevated lifestyle.

Offering both AL and MC services, The Ridge will deliver a luxury senior-living experience designed to celebrate individuality and encourage supported independence. Residents will take advantage of chauffeur service, nurse-managed personal-care services, a concierge-medicine program, and an activities calendar that includes onsite educational, social, and recreational programs, as well as off-property group excursions.

The Ridge at Westlake Village, an Ivy Living community, features 126 apartment homes with access to community amenities such as a rooftop bar and lounge, an outdoor courtyard, landscaped walking paths, and views of the surrounding mountains. Residents will enjoy gourmet culinary offerings, a wellness and fitness center, movie theater, technology center, and indoor-outdoor spaces to accommodate a variety of activities.

In The Ridge’s memory-care neighborhood, person-centered care includes a team dedicated specifically to the community’s memory-care residents — from nurses to care providers to activity coordinators. An activity program will offer state-of-the-art entertainment technology and allow residents to participate in activities that enhance brain function and memory recall.

Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, manages a portfolio of communities under the Ivy Living brand and currently serves more than 8,000 seniors across communities in California, Nevada, and Hawaii. Residents receive customized care services delivered in resort-style settings with an array of five-star amenities.
