The Villages of Windcrest Completed in Texas Wine Country

FREDERICKSBURG, TX–Dallas developer, John Lanier, a career seniors housing developer under his firm, BridgeView Realty Capital, LLC, Dallas, TX, in collaboration with Solvere Living, St. Petersburg, FL; REES Associates, Dallas, TX; Provident General Construction, Dallas, TX; and First Capital Bank of Texas, have completed a 73,000-square-foot, $21 million assisted living and memory care community in Fredericksburg, in the heart of the Texas Wine Country.

The Villages of Windcrest has 60 assisted living apartments and 24 private memory care suites, along with the latest in modern amenities, services and care. It was licensed by the Texas Department of Health and Human Services in mid-May and is 25% pre-leased.

The Villages of Windcrest’s range of attributes includes Wi-Fi throughout, three restaurants, theater, fitness center, salon, spa, library and business center. Solvere Living is managing the new community and will also provide its proprietary wellness philosophies.

Lanier, who has developed and financed commercial real estate for more than 40 years, has exclusively devoted his company to senior housing and health care properties since 1993.
