VERO BEACH, FL–Watercrest Senior Living Group is pleased to welcome Johnita Jackson in a newly created role as RN clinical specialist, supporting clinical leadership and training for all senior living communities owned and operated by Watercrest Senior Living.

As RN clinical specialist, Jackson leads the resident wellness program, providing mentoring and training for resident wellness directors, engaging in regular clinical site visits, and providing oversight to additional nursing services at the communities. Jackson will also assist in the roll out of new clinical programs in coordination with Vice President of Clinical Services, Whitney Lane.

“Johnita’s leadership skills develop strong, cohesive teams and outstanding wellness departments,” says Whitney Lane, vice president of clinical operations for Watercrest Senior Living Group. “She is an exceptional nurse and leader who models our Watercrest Platinum Standards of clinical excellence with her exemplary work ethic.”

“I’m passionate about nursing leadership because I love to assist nurses in reaching their full potential and in providing exceptional care to our seniors during their ‘golden years,'” said Jackson.
