VERO BEACH, FL–Watercrest Senior Living Group proudly announces Joe Germain as executive director of Pelican Landing Assisted Living and Memory Care, a 65,000 square foot, 89-unit senior living community in Sebastian, FL.
Germain brings over 10 years of high level experience as a demonstrated leader and disciple in the non-profit, real estate and entertainment industries. Growing up in the Northeast with a family of servant leaders, he witnessed, at a young age, the impact made in the giving of your time, talent, and treasure.

As executive director of Pelican Landing Assisted Living and Memory Care, Germain will streamline strategic planning and growth strategies, bringing a fresh perspective to senior living in resident engagement, staffing, marketing and growth.
